Returns Policy
While we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Smartbaits Inc. ("Smartbaits"), we understand that you may wish to return a product. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from Smartbaits please return it within 30 days for a full refund and please review the information below:
Items returned late will not be refunded, credited or exchanged.
Returns must include the complete product and packaging. Only products ordered from www.smartbaits.com may be returned directly to Smartbaits.
We do not process returns or exchanges of any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through a retailer must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with its return policies.
All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the cost of the items.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Smartbaits is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments or personal items shipped to us in error.
Purchases from www.smartbaits.com are subject to the terms of use, purchase policies and privacy policy which can be found on www.smartbaits.com.

Return Instructions
Select the carrier of your choice, such as Canada Post or UPS, and we recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your purchase without proof of receipt and you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return. REFUNDS
Once we receive your merchandise it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, your account will be credited, less any shipping charge and the service fee as described above. Please note that items returned outside of our return policy will not be refunded, credited or returned.
