Purchase Policy
- Orders
Placement of an order does not constitute acceptance of your order by Smartbaits Inc. ("Smartbaits"). We may require additional information, and all orders are subject to product availability. We do not authorize the purchase of our products for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or that may otherwise appear fraudulent. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel orders and/or quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Additionally, we may cancel orders without notice due to insufficient supply, your noncompliance with offer terms, lack of bank authorization, system error, if your IP address is linked to a non-United States or non-Canadian country, your use of a non-United States or non-Canadian credit card, inability to verify your shipping address, any unforeseen problems, or for any other reason in Smartbaits’s sole discretion.

- Order processing & tracking
Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the processing time will begin the following business day. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping. To track an order already placed, simply call Smartbaits customer care at 844-872-7417 or e-mail us at sales@smartbaits.com. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST and we will be happy to track your package for you.

We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States and Canada.
- Returns
While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Smartbaits purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. If you would like to return your product, please refer to our Returns policy for our instructions and policies.
- Prices; payment & taxes
The products and services displayed on www.smartbaits.com can only be ordered and delivered within the contiguous United States and Canada. We accept the following types of payment: U.S. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover cards. We charge sales tax on all orders.

From time to time, Smartbaits may offer promotions through e-mails, catalogs, and advertisements. With a valid registered www.smartbaits.com account, you may be eligible from time to time to receive e-mail promotions and offers. These promotions are subject to the terms of use and these purchase policies, as well as any additional terms and conditions specific to the promotion offer. Please enter the code exactly as provided (codes are case sensitive). Limit one promotion code per order and per customer. At its sole discretion for any reason, Smartbaits may restrict redemption to one per client or may change or cancel an order without notice.
